Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns. But if you receive your item(s) damaged or defective then email us at support@revivewithmonaco.com within 10 days of item receipt. Be sure to include your receipt and/or order number, detailed information of what is wrong, photos of damage, and if you'd like a replacement or store credit. We will gladly review, and if approved, then issue a replacement or store credit for the cost of the damaged item(s) at time of sale. Original shipping fee is not refunded or credited back on returns or exchanges; and, if applicable, return shipping fees are not covered.
